1 bag of Klondike Kettle Corn Lightly Salted
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup corn syrup or brown rice syrup
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 lb butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
Melt butter, corn syrup/brown rice syrup and condensed milk in a large suacepan.
Add sugars, salt and vanilla and bring to a soft boil.
Stil constantly for 7 minutes.
Pour over Klondike Kettle Corn Lightly Salted and gently mix until all popcorn is coated.
Let cool and store in an airtight container.
